See the model of the printer, whether it is registered and its warranty status.

Register it to your account
A printer delivered on an order of your account is added at once. Otherwise our team checks your proof of purchase first.

Open a warranty case from the printer's page in your account and add photos of the problem. Our team answers on the case.
