How to delete your HunterZ account
You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from the privacy centre of your account.
Three steps
- Sign in to your HunterZ account.
- Open Account, then Privacy.
- Under "Delete your account", confirm with your password.

If you cannot sign in
Choose "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in page to set a new password, then follow the steps above.
What happens next
Your account is deleted 14 days after you ask. Until then you can sign in and cancel.
What is deleted
Your name, email address, mobile number, addresses, the addresses on your past orders and deliveries, what you wrote in help requests and the photos you sent. You will no longer be able to sign in.
What is kept
Financial records (order numbers, items, amounts, dates and payments) are kept without your name or contact details, as is the security log of your account. How long they are kept will be stated in the privacy policy.
